Land Upgrade Mod

[Forumate]

-When you become Thane of a Hold you will be given a small peace of land
-Your land can be upgraded by talking to the steward
-Fully upgraded it will be a small village!
-Your land will be marked on the map for fast travel

Land Upgrades
-House: First thing you want to do with your land is build a house. There can be more than one style to choose from and you would have the same upgrades as a house in town.
-Garden: This upgrade lets you grow alchemy ingredients to use or sell
-Farm: This upgrade lets you grow cooking ingredients to use or sell
-Fence: adds a fence to your farm to keep out rabbits
-Black Smith: adds another building on your land
-Inn: adds another building on your land
-Trader: adds another building on your land
