Lagg anyone?

i can't beleive how laggy skyrim is.. Anyone else having this problem?

What do you mean by laggy? It's running very fine for me, what are your specs? You may need to upgrade.

2.21ghz @ 4 gb ram

There we go, have you read the minimum specs?

Minimum Requirements:

• Dual-core CPU, 2.0 GHz or faster
• 2 GB RAM
• DirectX 9.0c video card with 512 MB RAM
• Windows XP/Vista/7 [32 or 64-bit]
• Internet access for Steam activation

Recommended Specs:

• Quad-core CPU
• 4 GB RAM
• DirectX 9.0c video card with 1 GB RAM – GTX 260/Radeon 4890 or higher
• 6 GB HDD space
• Windows XP/Vista/7, internet access, etc.

I have an i7 2600k and a GTX 560Ti and it runs at 50-60 FPS on average, so consider upgrading your CPU and GPU. Your RAM is fine.

well aren't i a knob lol. PC is getting upgraded in a week or so. ho hopefully no probs after that


do you think thats the reason why it takes so long to start the game?
the bethesda sign come then then dragon logo.. task master says not responding and 5 mins later it had finally loaded..

Yeah, once it's upgraded it should be all good.

Consider upgrading your hard drive to a solid state drive or just a faster HDD, too. It will reduce loading time by a lot.

Just see what happens after you upgrade.
