I have read the other threads. I have loaded an old save which was before I entered the crypt. I checked and I have the quest completed to where I meet Legate outside the crypt. Ran the dungeon two more time with the same result. The draugr scourge is killed. I can see the crown and the quest arrow is pointing to the crown. But when I search the body, there is no crown there. I cannot finish the quest.
I also noticed that in all three runs, I pick up the claw but it does not show in my inventory. I can use it but not see it.
Any help would be appreciated.
