PS3 Ivory claw keywholes not working

I need to get the 2nd word of power for frost breath from Folgunthur. the first time I went thru I bypassed the word of power and so I headed back, but the keywholes that you fit the ivory claw into won't activate on either the iron gates in the crypt or in on the keywhole right as you enter the tomb. It's impossible to get to the wordwall at the moment. Any help?

I'm afraid the place is sealed forever. It happened to me once in Folgunthur. I forgot to pick up the Gauldur amulet piece. The dungeon resets, rendering the discs unable to be rotated and the keyhole also can't be bothered.

Do you have an earlier save file that you can load?
