I downloaded Heartfire on the 4th but so far I have not received any letters from the Jarl of Falkreath about purchasing land, nor have I received the letter about going to the orphanage. I think it's because I was not on the Jarl's "good side" but now I am unable to do any quests for Siddgeir. I guess I have to do the Rare Item Hunt quest which involves the Black-Briar Mead, and Killing Bandit Leader quest. However, every time I go to talk to him or his steward there aren't any choices for me to do quests for him.
Can anyone out there help me? I don't know if possibly an important NPC was killed that's preventing me from doing these quests so I can buy land in Falkreath. (Also, I prefer Falkreath above the other two locations, so I'm not interested in land elsewhere.)
