What I mean by a "custom class" utility is:
You put in what seven primary skills you want on your character, and it tells you what your two best choices for Main Attributes are (agility, strength, intelligence, etc.)
or you tell it what Main Attributes you are most interested in, and it tells you what the best primary skills are.
BTW, I am looking to create an Oblivion character around Todd Howard of World's Worst Tenants.
I'll just go with a bald Nord with appropriate facial hair; I don't need his "quarter mullet."

Light Armor
Destruction
Restoration
Speechcraft
Lockpicking (if you've seen the show, you know he would love that skill!)
I was hoping to go with Strength and Endurance; Strength so his carrying weight goes up when he increases levels, Endurance so his HP increases when he increases levels.
