Is there an acceleration layer for 1.4.21.0.4

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum, mainly because I didn't know there was a forum. I was googling for ways to improve my Skyrim experience and came across the acceleration layer. I'm currently on version 1.4.21.0.4, is there an acceleration layer for this version?

I have a new laptop and the specs are as follows;
i7 2670
8 GB DDR3 ram
intel HD 3000 GPU

I know the 3000 isn't good but there's nothing I can do about that now. I am having success with the textures set to high and everything else on low. The game still looks good but I would love an extra boost with something like the acceleration mod.

Don't need it , the acceleration is now built-in
