PS3 Is there a way to revive dead NPCs

Within the first week of playing, a dragon attacked riverwoord and killed everyone. I didn't care as much but then the next month another dragon attacked whiterun inside the walls. It killed pretty much everyone there except for the important quest characters, one person who worked at the market stall area, and the children. Whiterun is where my house is and I don't like the feeling of being in a ghost town. I also pass through riverwood often so it's also very eerie and I want to know if there is a way to revive them. I've only seen it done on the PC before.

Nope unless you want them to be zombies but then you could only raise 1 from the dead at a time.
