Is it legal to put skyrim mods on the ps3 from your pc, and is it legal?

I don't actually know of any legal reason you wouldn't be able to, it's just a hassle to do.

You have to make a save of your game on an external device, like a flash drive, then mod that on the PC, save it, and reupload it to the PS3. And no guarantees it works.
