I'm only level 5 and I've looked up ways to cure it but I don't know which is the easiest way for a level 5 to cure it. And I'm pretty sure I'm already at stage 3 and I'm at the point where it needs to be cured right now. So please help and thank you!

Go to any Shrine. In Whiterun there is a Shrine of Talos behind the guy who is Preaching by the statue. Activate it and see if that helps.

Thanks you so much that helped. I was in white run smithing that whole time and I wish I knew that before it got so bad haha. But quick last question, is there a way to get my skills back up that the disease lowered? Like they are still in red and my health was at 130/130 before and now it's 110/110 and my magicka is now 70/70. And my stamina is a 0 and won't go back up. Sorry new to this game and none of my friends are on right now to help. Thanks again!

it doesn't sound like it cured you or you've gone and got another disease. lol.
Also, as long as you haven't gone to full vampire, I think you can use a cure disease potion at any time without having to take any particular shrines blessing.

When I activated the shrine it said all diseases cured but when I go into sunlight it says my vampire blood goes away and all my skills are low but in the dark my skills are fine. So apparently it didn't work. Is there a way for it to go away completely? Or will I be a vampire forever cause this really sucks.

Here's what I found after some searching. Skip to step 5 in your case.

How To Cure Vampirism
  1. If you’ve contracted the disease, you won’t become a vampire for three days. Until then, you can get rid of the disease with any common disease-curing potion.
  2. You can also use the Shrine to Talos outside Whiterun or Dragonsreach, activating the shrine will cure you of all diseases.
  3. Before speaking to anyone, make sure you’re no longer a Stage 4 vampire. Stage 4 vampires are attacked on sight, to avoid this, wait until night and drink the blood of a sleeping person. Even sleeping beggars will do. Just crouch/sneak and interact with a sleeping NPC to drink their blood.
  4. If you’re still having trouble drinking blood, remember that you have two useful abilities as a Stage 4 vampires — Embrace of Shadows, and Vampire Seduction. Embrace of Shadows turns you invisible, while Vampire Seduction will make an NPC calm and cease wanting to attack you.
  5. Once you’re a Stage 1 vampire, normal diseas cures will no longer work. You’ll need a better way.
  6. To begin your quest, speak with any Inn Keeper or Bartender about rumors. They’ll tell you that a man named Falion in Morthal is studying vampires.
  7. Find Morthal east of Fort Snowhawk. Once there, talk to Falion and he’ll discuss how to cure vampirism.
  8. He’ll tell you to get a Black Soul Gem. If you don’t have one, Falion will sell you one. Before being cured, you’ll need to fill the Black Soul Gem.
  9. To fill a Black Soul Gem, you’ll need to cast a Soul Trap spell on a human, then kill them. Any human will work, including bandits and enemies.
  10. You’ll need to obtain a Soul Trap spell, sold by any magic vendor. If you’re really desperate, try the College of Winterhold, or explore Whiterun to find a shop. If you don’t have high magic skills, just purchase a Soul Trap scroll. NOTE: The Mage for the Jarl of Whiterun, the Jarl’s Court Mage, should have a Soul Trap spell.
  11. With a filled Black Soul Gem, return to Falion and talk to him to complete the ritual. You’re now cured of vampirism!

Thanks for the info. I have the gem and I got the book but I'm not high enough level to cast it so I need the scroll but I don't know where to find the scroll? And every city I go to I get attacked for being a vampire. Why would they put this in here if lvl 3's could get it and can't get rid of it :/

You could try doing the Dawnstar hidden chest exploit to see if you get a Soul trap enchanted weapon. (Looks in the Tutorial section.)
Also, go into the cities at night to help you from being found.

being a warewolf desease resisent is 100%
Werewolfs rule! I hated being one at first, considered finding a cure, but then I realized how easily I could rampage in the woods! nothing like killing a wolf as a werewolf!
