Well first you gonna need to get pickpocket 90, my recomendation is you go to riften, join the thieves guild and then begin to pickpocket every body, In that, if u get detected, you can pay the guards to clear your bounty, ( this only will works in Riften)
you need to be before the incident with the dark brotherhood,
You need too to have the perk to stole weapons, Then is just stole the Astrid's blade before the incident, when the incident happends, she are going to give you the second blade of woe.
