Okay, for those of you out there who want dragonbone armor, dragonscale armor, daedric armor, and their respective legendary upgrades, you've come to the right place. It's actually relatively easy to attain these items; but it will require some coin.

1. Start in Whiterun, as there are two blacksmiths.
2. Go and buy all the iron bars and leather from Eorlund (Skyforge) and Adrianne (Warmaiden)
3. Now, go and use the tanning rack on roughly one-third of all your leather.
4. Using the leather strips and the iron ingots, craft iron daggers until you run out of materials. Then, if you still have some leather strips remaining, use it and the remaining leather you have to create hide armor. Preferably the bracers.

Alternatively, if you still have iron bars left over, and no leather strips, go and use the tanning rack on the remaining leather you have.

Using this method, you should get to 100 in roughly an hour and a half to two hours; you can also enchant these iron daggers and sell them off. This will also help in the future if you wish to improve your armor beyond the capabilites of a level 100 blacksmith.

Thanks for the help, got 100 smithing :) in about three hours and spent roughly eight thousand gold (not that it matters i have more money then i know what to do with ;))
