I have scale-itch... Don't ask how I got it.
I'm not really sure if this tip has very specific conditions to work but here it is. In sneak mode jump and before landing press the sprint button while moving forward keep holding the buttons and when you land there will be a small pause and then you will execute a roll forward. You can do this from a standstill or already moving forward. I'm not sure if this matters but my sneak skill is at 100 and I'm on Xbox 360.
