PC How can I make my own translation avaiable?

I made my own translation because translations made earlier by other users were bad. So now I want to make it available for download. How can I make an installer or reduce the size of Skyrim.esm / Downguard.esm / Heartfire.esm?

I'm not super well versed in modding or whatever category you might call this, and I wish I could be of more help to you. The best I can do is provide you with some links so that you might be able to make your translation downloadable to others and hope that it applies.

These are mainly for uploading mods, however, most translations for the game that I have found, have come in the way of mods. Hope that this helps you at least a little bit.
