3.33 hours per level.

101 Hours @ level 47 on my first character (Heavy Armored + Shield Mage/Healer); 134 hours for level 42 on another (Light Armored Mage); 44 hours for level 36 as a Stealth/Mage using One-handed perks for Bound Swords w/ conjuration perks, pumped out levels like babies after WWII.

1.58 hours / level, though this is rising as level progression has slowed significantly.

Would be interesting to know as well, quests completed/hour. Gives you an idea of how much time is spent just poking around and exploring.

EDIT: 52 quests completed. Given the varying degree of effort involved with different quests, I've realized that it's not really a great measure.
