I am trying out a Vigilant of Stendarr, and the champion of Hermaus Mora I believe he is, Daedra of the unknown. i'll tell you how it goes.

Wel, Infinite knowledge, which is technically unknowable, and Secrets. I usually call him the Daedra of Forbidden Knowledge.

For a priest build, I'd go for a pacifist-ish armorless guy who only kills when he must.
