PC Help! I accidentally set a default app for .esp files, can't get rid of it now!

I accidentally set a default app for .esp files(Adobe), and I can't get rid of it now.

You should be able to right-click any .esp file, go to properties and change "opens with" under the 'general' tab. That will set the default to whatever you choose, for all .esp files.
