No I haven't whacked him yet. Just something I thought about. Easy enough to find out by saving and reloading if need be. I was just curious if anyone had tried it.
I can't find it now and my memory is bad, but I seem to remember reading someone complaining that their bard died in a vampire attack and now they couldn't get a new one, so I wouldn't risk it myself.
