And are they stronger than legandary dragons.

They are Serpintine (not right spelling though) Dragons and in my opinion not really. The one I fought I think used some different new shout that was powerful. Not sure about the "stats" compared to a Legendary Dragon though.

Not as much health though.

I would definatley say they are much weaker. At least health pool wise. the couple i fought only used frost breath on me.
