Pickpocket
Go to Windhelm and pickpocket anything from people until you have a pickpocket skill of about 35, then go to the blacksmith quarters at morning, near where that woman was killed, yeah, that one. Look for a begger and train pickpocketing one up, then pickpocket the money back off of her. When you have level 50 pickpocketing, you are done. The rest will happen later on, don't you worry.
The Rest
Now is the easy and slightly boring part. You now have to go to trainers and train one level, then pickpocket the money back. You will not be able to pickpocket him over level 70, even with level 100 pickpocket and all perks, as it costs over 4000.

Did you forget you can only train 5 times per level?

no. but if you level once for say... 2 handed and then you pickpocket, thats two levelups, do that 5 times and you should level

plus I hate to mention this is elsewhere on this site already...though I do admit the inclusion of the link to trainers is nice.. plus there is a prefix for quide you don't have to type it unless its also a spoiler, or quest and you have used the prefix. Just saying
