I'm not sure if ALL of them do, but I know that some of them will. I'm sure fire enchantments would have a glow, not sure if a slow or paralyze enchantment would though.
Dang. That's just so unrealistic (if magic could be realistic)... If I had a magic weapon hanging above my fireplace, it wouldn't be glowing 24/7... maybe when orcs got near or something. =)
