Getting Into Other Provinces

I'm with the Daggerfall Covenant but is there any way for me to get into provinces that aren't part of the Daggerfall Covenant such as Eastmarch or the Rift?

Nope. It'd be also pretty unlogical, if they'd allow their enemies to just set up camp and chill within their territory.
