So I posted on here the other day about my "Non Armored" build, and there were a few people who gave me information or Armor that didn't count as armor, therefore you would still benefit from the Mage Armor Perks.
Well After reading about those, I saw General Tullius Armor was counted as Clothing, and also Heavy Armor, but wasn't on that list. IT turns out, that set of Armor will NOT cancel out The Mage Armor Perks either So One Can Have the Diadem of the Savant, Amulet of Articulation, Fine Armguards, Shields, and Tullius Armor can all be equipped without canceling the Mage Armor Perks
