I'm not new to roleplaying or Skyrim, but I am new to the forums. I have a great idea for a story but I'm not sure if people will join or take me seriously when they see I joined yesterday.

We have users from all over the world. The forum doesn't run in a standard time zone, users are simply on when they are available.

I see. I just notice that some posts keep switching the time it says that it was posted in. Like I saw one today that at first said it was posted at 7:30 a.m. then look at the post later to see it say "3:00 P.M" Just wondered if that was a glitch or if people are just deleting the posts and putting them back up.

Have you set your local time within your personal settings? If you have, all posting times should be updated to match the time it would have been posted in your time zone.

At the top of the screen, beneath the forum banner, you will see your screen name listed in the right corner. When you hover your cursor over it, a menu will appear with several options. Select "Preferences", and there should be a drop down menu at the top of the next screen that will allow you to set your time zone. This will allow you to browse with all posted times adjusted to your local time.

I just figured out what was actually wrong. The time appears different to me between when I'm logged in or out.

Hello all! Not sure if this is the right place to do it, but if you are a brave adventurer willing to risk it all on a quest to find an Elder Scroll, please come to the Bee and Barb RP thread! We're trying to start our own story! Thanks!

If you wish to use bbc code you can by when in a reply box hitting the little alpha symbol in the upper right but we use a visual editer for most posts here. So to change colors there is a color picker next to font size.

I'd prefer the lobby for something like this.

Hello there, I am new to the forums and just wanted to ask a quick question; I am currently roleplaying a character on skyrim who I am aiming to make some kind of power crazed mage, looking to obtain any powerful combat attacks/techniques powers, shouts destruction spells etc in this play through so I was wondering what fellow roleplayers thought would suit my character better, becoming a vampire or a werewolf. Personally I think werewolf would be better from a roleplay point of view, sure werewolves are melee but the ability to transform into one itself is a power which is some form of magic, but then I have never become a vampire on skyrim before so I do not know what the lore is like for that although I know vampires learn some useful spells/abilities but I prefer the idea of having the werewolf transform as like a last resort kind of thing, from your point of view which do you think I should go for?

    First
    Welcome to the site. :)

Well, It sounds like you want to treat your character honestly. So let him tell you.
But I believe I prefer the were aspect better. Both curses are fun to write.
And if you intend to play like it is a true story of your character you already are leaning that way.

    Hope that helps.
