ALOT of people have been having a problem where the gates will not open to Castle Volikheir (or whatever) even if they have Serena with them.
I found a fix!
First get on the island
Then hit the ` key and type on of these commands (without quotations)
"setstage DLC1VQ02 180" (if you want to be a vampire)
"setstage DLC1VQ02 190" (if you want to be a dawngaurd)
Then go up to the gate and hit the ` key again and type (without quotations)
"tcl" (enables no-clip)
close the console, and fly threw the gate
open up the console and type "tcl" again.
Then just go in the Castle, and start the next quest!!
