Figure on screen

Hey guys!
I've recently came across a weird and annoying issue.
There is a spread angle man figure in a circle on the middle of the screen!
I don't know what mod causing it since I played with a hundred and only recently it appeared after I removed some that were conflicting. So it would be hard to pinpoint the exact mod.
Did any of you seen this before? Thank you
