I've read about some of the issues people have been having with Lakeview Manor but can't seem to find an answer. I'm at level 26, Siddgeir is the Jarl, and I never killed Helvard. I received the letter from Siddgeir inviting me to be thane and completed the "kill the bandit leader" quest for Siddgeir. Now that I've returned, no one wants to talk about it. Eventually Siddgeir gave me another "kill the leader of some bandit camp" quest but that didn't do the trick either. As far as I know, I haven't chosen a side in the Civil War. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
