Esbern's Potion and Perk

Ok so at some point in the game esbern tasks you with killing a Dragon. When you kill it and inform him of this he asks you for a dragon bone and scale. I gave him the bone a scale and he gave me a potion that grants me a perk call "Dragon Infusion" I can not find out what this perk does. Does anyone know what this Perk does for you?

It decreases the damage dragons deal to you. "Don't try this at home!"

Ahhh That makes sense is there anywhere to check the affects of this perk thought like is it in a perk tree or active affects?

I don't know. I can't find it. Its probably a bug that will be fixed in the next update.
