Ok,
I am against the idea. There is no advantages in having " Elite " membership other than the Fact that somebody is vain & wants to be popular.
If they are so keen to be noticed then let them donate & give them a Donor's tag or card.
It's pointless to being able to open a closed thread because they are closed for a reason & at the Admin or Moderator's discretion.
