Instead of being a small part of the One-Handed Skill Tree.

The first perk on the tree would be a five-part one that would reduce stamina cost for dual wielding attacks by 10% each, cumulative for a total of 50% stamina reduction.

After that, it could increase power and speed of Dual Wielding attacks (at first, with two kinds of the same weapon - daggers, swords, war axes, and maces) and later increase power and speed of DW attacks with different weapon types in each hand.

Attacks such as a Spinning attack (basically you spin around while swinging both weapons for potentially lethal damage, but it burns half the entire stamina bar with the all five of the first perk chosen) should eventually be in the tree.
