Dropping items

I'm having a problem with being over encumbered.

The game says press 'R' to drop (PC), but pressing 'R' does nothing; so I assume I've re-binded the key and Skyrim doesn't properly display my re-bound key. Fine. However, I can't figure out which key that is as there is no option in the config settings for "drop."

So, which config setting also acts as the drop key?

Same Problem here , what I have been doing is clicking on an empty chest or corpse and ( Store ) some of
the heavy items I figure I won't need .
