Dragon Glitched....Help Please

at the beginning of the game i made my character i went to get my head cut off, the dragon came, then i followed the guy into the building, i then followed the man up the stairs, he said "Get Back" so i did but the Dragon seems to be stuck in the sky not doing anything. i have started over and it has happened 3 times i am really pissed off right now

Have you tried re-installing the game?

well at first i made a nord and it worked but i was just kinda fooling around with him and i dont really want to be a nord but i worked fine and when i tried to make another character this happened and happened again so idk

Sounds like you restarted, but have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?

plus i kinda have been going on with the nord but as i said dont really want to be one
