I am a Breton female Vampire Lord.
With 2 words of Dragon Aspect active , I transformed into Vampire Lord and then Reverted Form.
Although the Magic Effects of the shout are gone , the shimmering mystic armor remains around my shoulders and arms.
Looks fabulous overlaid on regular Falmer Armor and Cultist Gloves !
The glitch is removed by using Dragon Aspect shout or visiting Apochrypha via Black Books , but can be obtained again in the same manner.
