Do you ever get annoyed when innkeepers always escort you to your bed, despite being a frequent customer? Do you get creeped out when they stand over you as you sleep, when you try and run by them? If so, do we have a mod for you!

Found this mod kind of out of nowhere the other day, but had been searching for something like this FOR EVER! It's a simple mod, makes it so innkeepers don't escort you to bed when you rent a room for the night. I always found it kind of immersion breaking when inn keepers always walked you to your bed. Especially at places like the Bannered Mare... Hulda I've been here a hundred times, there's only one room in this whole place, THE DRAGONBORN DOESN'T NEED TO BE TUCKED IN. I don't know, in terms of role playing, I think I rather not have innkeepers escort me at all, than ALWAYS walk me to my room.

Would love to here what other people think though!

Perhaps what I wish for most in Skyrim is remembrance. You gave the example of The Bannered Mare, to which I can relate, but the one that frustrates me the most is in Riften.

I don't even know anymore who it is that says, "New to Riften..?" Everytime I go there. "No, I'm not. Actually you might recognize me- I'm the Dragonborn. No? I've saved civilization as you know it, I'm Thane of this city and I own a house right over there. I'm the reincarnation of the Demigod Morihaus, and my companion here is the reborn Saint Alessia. We've been given the blessing of Akatosh to bring forth a new era. Bards everywhere are singing about us this very instant, and have been for some time now. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to see someone about a horse.

"Do you get to the cloud district orrften?..."

Yes you condescending pillock. I actually had a dragon trapped there for a while.

How about YOU? Hmm? How come I've never seen YOU there? And where's this manor you supposedly live in? If you're so wealthy and important, how come you sleep at the drunken huntsman.

"Yes, funny story behind that name..."

I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
