lets look at the similarities there both supernatural beings both associated with fate and knowledge and both appear as a mass of tentacles and eyes but the only difference being the truth gate only has one eye while hermaeus mora has a lot and the truth gate has hands while hermaeus mora has tentacles and hermaeus mora doesn't have doors so that's what I think you can share some similarities and differences between the 2 in the comments
