War Mage
Well in a sense using a keyboard and mouse would make things better. I say this because of control. You can control your character better with your hand vs your thumb. And with hotkeys you can click a button and directly go to something specific, instead of accidently doing something else. (Then again this possible on PC too). The major upsides of a PC vs console, is modding and cheats. Of course cheats could easily ruin the game if used in a abusive way. Modding can fill all sorts of kinds of roles. Anywhere from adding things bethesda won't add that everyone wants, to making questlines lot longer and harder (Such as the companion quest.) Adding new areas, weapons, armor, character skins, mod patches, additions, tweaks, graphical enhancement, or just all out new content (Like a addon DLC worth). There is just so much more to offer on PC, and there is far more control in it also. Problem with more flexibility over your controls? Keyboard, hitting the wrong hotkey, memorizing them all, separating whats basically combined in controllers.
There is plenty of ups and downs. however I personally like the unlimited (pc skyrim) vs limited (console skyrim)
