Dismissing followers from the blades

Hey all, I was just wandering if there is a way to get rid of certain followers from being in the blades, I don’t want a specific follower in the guild and was wandering if there is a mod or something I can use to dismiss them and recruit another different follower in there place
I’m playing on Xbox one btwz, tyyyuu

No, once they're in the Blades, that's it. Unless you go back to a previous save and never include them in the first place.
