PC Discolored and missing hand textures?

I recently loaded Skyrim and my hands became discolored. Sometimes it went back to normal and sometimes it became discolored again. The discoloration seems to change with location. For example, in a dungeon it is yellow, when there is a blue sky it is light blue, and at night it is dark blue. I'm also missing some textures like fire in my hands. I have a picture of the problem.

You didn't include the picture but what you described is called artifacting, and when it happens it's almost always an issue with the video card and usually with the driver for the video card. If your video card is an NVIDIA video card you can visit their forums and search or post for a solution to your problem.
