Deathbrand Armor glitch?

I was just exploring and found the cave with the deathbrand undead guy and finished it and got the swords. then i picked up the helmet, book and map. I know book is suppose to give the quest for the rest of the armor and the swords but it is not giving the quest. I found the map locations for the rest of the armor, and checked online to make sure they was correct and the rest of the chests with the armor is not there. Anyone know if this is a glitch or am i just missing something?

yeah i am way over. i am lvl 108

Hell I'm level 64. Found all the pieces of the Deathbrand quest and went to the dungeon to finish the quest. Offed all the pirate princes ghostly help and then his shade too. Trouble is he was supposed to be packing Soulrend and it's nowhere to be found. Where is it?
