Hey guys, I found the location to take advantage of the character customisation that came with the new DLC and thought I'd share it.
Go to the Ragged Flaggon (the sewers in riften) and speak to a woman with a hood sitting on a bench near the bar. Her name is Galathil and she charges 1000 coins to edit your appearance.
