Dark Brotherhood Armor Even if Destroying Them?

If I destroy the dark brotherhood with my next character, can I still get the armor? No big deal if not, because I do want to destroy them next time.

You can get the Shrouded set (the one you get from Astrid when you join) as you can loot it from some members of the DB and there is a full set in the sanctuary if I'm not wrong.

You cannot get the Ancient Shrouded set though, as you will not get access to the secret cache where the old member of the DB lies.
