Crouch Roll?

So on several videos I've seen this crouch roll and i couldn't find out how to do it, does anyone know what the keystroke is to perform this and if there is a bind for it to make it easier?

For Xbox it's Crouch - hold down sprint and hit X to roll

I think on keyboard it's crouch - alt - R

It's the silent roll perk off the Sneak Perk Tree. up the left side. Once you work your way up that side of the perk tree, you will have silent roll.

Good lord, that seems like a bit much for a simple roll. Maybe i can find some way to bind them all into one key.

Make sure you have the perk in the sneak tree. No perk, no roll.
