Well I give permission for the cowboy one, such that any artistic license may be needed. It was just mildly edited from some other forum I saw that didn't have any credits attached.
I think I like Mushroom's Dovahsmiley better, but we may need to squish it a little top to bottom to make it look right on the shoutbox. Maybe angle the 'sideburns' of the helmet a touch too. I think Bash-Hazard's is neat, but too much detail for so small an icon. It's kind of hard to make it out.

Try to get the finished smiley to be about 18x18. That's the general footprint of most of the others.
