God of Thunder (Thor Odinson)
Race: Nord
Alignment: Lawful/Good
Factions: None (only if it's really relevant to your cause/roleplay)
Major Skills: One-Handed, Heavy Armor, Destruction
Minor Skills: Speech, Restoration
Perks:http://chrizel.github.com/skyrim/#t/5/0,h4t0jk,3k,27liio,-zik0zk,18aw,0,4do8w
Guardian Stone: Lover / Lady
Shouts: Storm Call
Equipment: Steel, Steel Plate, Ebony or a mix, to get the look you want. Without any mods for your mace to look anything close to Mjolnir, use any one-handed mace you like on your right hand, and lightning spells on your left… or no spell, and just use the old lefty to smack' em. If you can use mods, get "Cloaks of Skyrim" (or something like it) and get a red one on your back. On the enchants department, use anything that enhance your major skills.
Obs.: The God of Thunder comes down to Skyrim when a greater evil threatens the land, the Aldmeri Dominion. With his mace and the power to call down the elements, he travels through Skyrim to find out the reasons behind the current war, and track down the real culprits that keep Tamriel in a turmoil.
Being a God, his speech skill is also impecable, and this skill also helps him around Skyrim, when it comes to captivate people, to get the information he needs, and, of course, to intimidate the fools that dare to face him.
It's how i roleplay mine. ;)

Obs.: Very, very few Daedric Warriors have ever existed throughout ancient Lore; they are said to be orphaned by the Influences of the Daedric Lords in order to be raised by these deities; for their very souls shout in the dragon language. Yet, even then it is said only a small fraction of past Dragonborns have been blessed/cursed to become a Daedric Warrior.

Jei El

We will be avenged.
First and foremost, this isn't really a build, but more of a role playing perspective class. Still though, a build.

The Hero grew up alone, trained alone, and traveled alone, but now after developing an immense hatred for the forces of evil, everyone will know his name. Ther hero set out to become thane of all holds in skyrim, recruit locals to his cause and destroy every bandit, assassin, and daedra in his way untill every knows the name of The Savngarde Hero.
"I fight for the men and women who have to risk their lives just to live them, for the guardsmen who live to serve and die for their homes, for the people of skyrim who fall victim to evil campaigns, i fight because i must." -Savngarde Hero

Emerald Knight
Race: Bosmer (Specifically female)
Alignment: Neutral mainly, leaning good
Factions: Dawnguard, Maybe Companions
Major Skills: Archery, one-handed, and light armor
Minor Skills: Sneak, Illusion, Smithing (add anything else to what ever you want)
Perks: 25, 50-ish
Guardian Stone: LORD 100% of the time + Shadow
Shouts: Elemental fury, Dismay, Kyne's peace

Many emerald knights actually come in with training the arts of the "Ranger": Archery, 1 handed, Light armor and Sneak. They all learn how to cast basic illusion spells and craft their own gear. They also have skills from their family history.

The character has been exiled for a crime they did not commit.

The Survivalist/Zombie Apocalypse
Race: Any (I prefer Nord)
Alignment: Lawful/Nuetral
Factions: Player Preference, (I usually choose Dawnguard after a while)
Major Skills: One handed, Archery, Sneak
Minor Skills: Smithing, Alchemy, Restoration
Perks: Skyrim Perk Calculator
Guardian Stone: Steed
Shouts: Throw Voice, Aura Whisper
Equipment: The Essentials
Obs: Years of living in solitude in the deep forests of skyrim have taught the survivalist how to live off then land. He has prepped his entire life for this moment, the end of the world. The survivalist can hunt and kill his own food, make his own weapons and armor, can avoid the walkers or bandits, and knows what it takes to get out alive. But these trips from stronghold to stronghold can be gruling and long and sometimes demand extreme physical strength, so The survivalist only brings his weapons and the clothes on his back in order to stay light on his feet, his survival techniques can handle the rest. "Bring only whatcha need, anything you didn't bring you can find in the field, anything you can't find you didn't need anyway" -The Survivalist

Class: Dovahspawn - Warlock
Race: Argonian
Alignment: Lawful/good or Lawful/evil
Factions:(Good): College of Winterhold, Dawnguard. (Evil): College of Winterhold, Volkihar, Dark Brotherhood
Major Skills:Destruction, Enchanting, Light armor
Minor Skills:One handed, Smithing (for good) , Sneak (for evil)
Perks: Good Perks , Evil Perks (note: Any elemental magic will work, or even all. I used fire for example)
Guardian Stone:Atronach Stone
Shouts:Unrelenting Force, Clear Skies, Storm Call. Call Odahviing (good only) , Call Durnehviir (evil only)
Equipment:Dragonscale set enchanted to player's tastes.
Obs.:Born of a single dragon's sexual taste for the Argonian lizardfolk, the Dovahspawn is massive in comparison to other Argonians. As a mage, his powers are augmented beyond the mortal limit in anything magical.

Apocathist

Race: Dunmer
Alignment: Chaotic (Neutral)
Factions: Solo
Major Skills: Alchemy, Destruction, 1H
Minor Skills: Light Armor, Sneak
Standing Stone: The Atronach
Equipment: Dragonscale, The White Phial, Nettlesbane

Primarily an Alchemist with aspects of Nightblade, and Battlemage, I used Fortify Destruction (With Fortify Magicka) to fix the Damage Cap. Uses Assassin's Blade as a poison delivery, otherwise blasts everything into submission with Ice Storm/Impact, Lightning Storm, or Wall spells. The general idea is single targets are taken out with Invisibility (And Regeneration) Paralyse/Lingering Poison, and a Backstab. Light Armor to recover Stamina, and for Sneak assisting gear like the Shrouded/Nightengale sets.

Though created as a Solo, she can work with a complimentary Follower. Preferably a Ranged class, or at least fire/magic resistant, because of he Scorched Earth fighting style. The ability to Sneak would be nice, so Jenassa.

Dayblade;

Redguard Warcrafter
Alignment: Chaotic (Good, evil, or neutral optional.)
Factions: Companions, Dark Brotherhood, and Nightingales (In that order.) Foresworn (Former ally of Madanach.)
Primaries: 1H, Archery,
Secondary: Light Armor
Tertiary: Smithy (Splashed up to Steel) Sneak.
Shouts/Powers: FRD, Wuld/Nah, Elemental Fury, Aura Whisper, Adrenaline Rush.
Standing Stone: The Atronach (Magic Defense, nothing more.)
Perks: Dual Fury/Savagery, H&S, Steel Smithy, Deadly Aim, Wind Walker, and all Gateways. (Overdraw, and Armsman maxed, 1 point in Stealth.)
Gear: A good Bow (I used Forsworn) Skyforge Steel Hatchet (Superior) Windshear (Superior) and 2 sets of
Armor: Nightingale Armor, Boots, Gloves and the Ancient Shrouded Cowl (Maskless.) Gauntlets of the Old Gods, Linwe's Hood, the Savior's Hide and Boots of Running Speed. (I wish! Good light boots, Scaled is fine.) Krosis is optional.

Designed for maximum damage potential with minimum investment (Meaning Crafting.) Single grind, all the gear is scripted, or free as loot. (There's a full set of Scaled in the Abandoned Shack, minus a helmet you can get off a Stormcloak, or replace with something better.)
The armor is just an Enchantment carrier, with Wind Walker to recover your stamina in between Adrenalin Rush's. You really find yourself in trouble (Alduin, or Elder Dragons,) hit that, chase it with EF, and dual power attack them to a nice wet puree'.

Playthrough: Start off with Hadvar for access to Alvor's Steel. Do The Companions up to Proving Honor for the Hatchet, Smith it up to Superior, and save at least 1 Ingot for the Scimitar. Then head for Windhelm/Riften/Windhelm, the Abandoned Shack, and Falkreath Sanctuary. You'll want to run the whole thing up to Hail Sithis, while you're taking care of Muiri, cool your heels in jail, then hop on the TG. (This can be somewhat in Parallel to the DBH.) Sneak is simply to get through the missions, this is not a thief, or backstabber, but an unholy blender of a melee fighter. At most, you'll want Deadly Aim to start tough fights with a big dent, and 1 shot Sabercats/Bears when you see them first. The bow is just to shoot down dragons, because you stay on the Main Quest only as far as Kynesgrove to unlock them, and get a Blades Sword (until you get Windshear.)

Attacks: Critical Charge to start the fight with Stagger. Double Attack for maximum single strike damage (The sword, and axe swing at the same speed, all else equal.) Left standing Power Attack breaks a charge, which is extremely telegraphed. The Blade's Sword has the best reach possible with this Reposte', so you'll even beat greatswords to the punch once you dial in the timing. Dual Power Attack is just to tear up anything that's that damned tough, like Trolls, Werewolves, and grounded Dragons. Windshear means you don't have to Block/bash to stunlock something, on any left hand, or double attacks. Hack&Slash(3) to add Bleeding damage, especially following a CC, with Dual/Fury/Savagery, these stack up to completely counter Regeneration, and enemies that use Healing. Switch to the bow for anything at long range, you can crouch for Deadly Aim to eliminate the most dangerous target, or start the fight with a good dent.

Class: Dovahspawn - Barbarian
Race: Argonian
Alignment: Chaotic/any
Factions: Companions, Dawnguard, Imperial, Greybeards (basically just don't kill Parthy.)
Major Skills:Two Handed, Smithing, Heavy Armor
Minor Skills: Lycanthropy
Perks: (Does not have to be warhammers, that was just for example sake.)
Guardian Stone:The Lord Stone

Obs.:Born of a single dragon's sexual taste for the Argonian lizardfolk, the Dovahspawn is massive in comparison to other Argonians. As a barbarian he is a power house. His Stamina and Health are unmatched. His strength is that of ten of the strongest of Nords, able to rid the land of his foes in massive mighty sweeps of his weapon.
