cicero as a follower

how do you get cicero as a follower? As annoying as i'm sure he is, i'd love to have his sneakiness.

Dont kill him during the quest "A Cure for Madness". Lie to Astrid afterwards and say you did kill him.

oh ok cool....i've done that. Can i find him in the dawnstar sanctuary?

Yes but only when the quest requires to go back.

At the end of the Db questline you will also be able to recruit Dark Brotherhood Initiate.

Those are pretty great follower too, they scale with you till level 81 (they are the ONLY follower in the game that does it. J'zargo doesn't scale, you have to Wabajack him). They also have a glitch, so you can have 1 DBI and another follower of your choice.
