Spoiler Chasing Echoes Bug

Well. I've ran into a bug in the Chasing Echoes quest where i go to place the ingredients in the vessel to activate the portal. I click on the vessel and in the top left hand corner it tells me the ingredients have been removed from my person. One problem. They aren't shown in the vessel AND Sarana doesn't show any options for continuing the quest. I've already reverted to a previous save point and restarted my xbox. I'm at a loss. ;_; I just wanna play Dawnguard. Y u do dis Bethesda? Y u so buggy?

Same exact thing happened to me... at a loss as well.. I have resorted to Deleting Dawnguard and reinstalling it.. annoying.. hopefully it doesn't happen again when I get to that point... if it does.. NO CLUE.. can't continue ... Anyone else experience this and have any offers of help...
