I just completed under saarthal. Went to savos aren and did the I need to speak to you about saarthal we found some orb dialogue. The quest completed and I didn't get a new quest, I went to talk to Urag and he told me I need to find shalidors insights so I thought it was the next quest so I went and did it and he just gave me 3 scrolls called Shalidor's Insights - Illusion. Does anyone know a fix? I've looked everywhere but can't find one that works. I even started a new game and did it again and the exact same thing happened.
