every time i try and fast travel i cant, a cant see the top of my screen on my ps3 where it would tell you the reason why, i belive it's says something about someone talking to me but im not sure. anyway i am not Near enemies, i am not over my carring capasity, i'm not preforming an action, and im not engaged in a conversation. Why cant i fast travel!!!!! 
because i'll be damned if im gonna be spending the rest of the game walking across the map.
