do i have to have the skeleton key in my invo for it to count as an artifact, because i compleeted the quest which returns it

Having it in your inventory once marks it as completed, you can sell any of the Daedric artifacts and you'd still have credit

ok so i'm gonna try and get the saviors hide and the ring and that should hopefully get me all 15
