So I completed the skooma missions and helped few folks out in Riften but still cannot get Jarl of Riften to give me Thane title and steward also not give me the option to buy the home. Is this a bug still? I read that older versions have a glitch that causes issues with getting Thane of Riften and not being able to buy a home. This is a pain.
